The next screens offer you a set of options to access your account, depending on how you created it. Choosing the email or phone number options will send you a password reset link either on your phone or email.

They are all scammers, they will make you pay after which they will give you an excuse asking you to pay more money, they have ripped me of $2000, i promised i was going to expose them. I figured it all out when my colleague took me to Pavel (fggfggo764@gmail.com) He did perfect job, he hacks all accounts ranging from (Emails, Facebook, whatsapp, imo, skype, instagram, Phone cloning, DMV removal, tracking locations, background checks Kik etc. he also hacks cell phones, cell phone tapping and cloning, clears bad driving and criminal records, bank transfers, locates missing individuals e.t.c. You should contact him and please stop using contacts you see on websites to execute jobs for you, you can ask around to find a real hacker.

Reset your password and scan your devices for malware. However, the hacker might have configured other settings on your mailbox (for example, created Inbox rules to auto-forward email messages or added additional mailbox delegates). So, follow the additional steps in How to determine whether your account has been compromised.
When you connect your mobile account with your Facebook, Google Play, or Game Center accounts, your login information (username and password) from those connected accounts never reaches our servers. Your login credentials are not visible to anyone, including anyone here at EA.
Yahoo disclosed that a breach in August 2013 by a group of hackers had compromised 1 billion accounts. In this instance, security questions and answers were also compromised, increasing the risk of identity theft. The breach was first reported by Yahoo while in negotiations to sell itself to Verizon, on December 14, 2016. Yahoo forced all affected users to change passwords and to reenter any unencrypted security questions and answers to re-encrypt them.
However, by October of 2017, Yahoo changed the estimate to 3 billion user accounts. An investigation revealed that users' passwords in clear text, payment card data and bank information were not stolen. Nonetheless, this remains one of the largest data breaches of this type in history.
In October 2016, hackers collected 20 years of data on six databases that included names, email addresses and passwords for The AdultFriendFinder Network. The FriendFinder Network includes websites like Adult Friend Finder, Penthouse.com, Cams.com, iCams.com, and Stripshow.com.
In June 2012, LinkedIn disclosed a data breach had occurred, but password-reset notifications at the time indicated that only 6.5 million user accounts had been affected. LinkedIn never confirmed the actual number, and in 2016, we learned why: a whopping 165 million user accounts had been compromised, including 117 million passwords that had been hashed but not "salted" with random data to make them harder to reverse.
In October 2013, 153 million Adobe accounts were breached. The data breach contained an internal ID, username, email, encrypted password and password hint in plain text. The encryption was weak and many were quickly resolved back to plain text, the password hints added to the damage making it easy to guess the passwords of many users.
In February 2018, the diet and exercise app MyFitnessPal (owned by Under Armour) suffered a data breach, exposing 144 million unique email addresses, IP addresses and login credentials such as usernames and passwords stored as SHA-1 and bcrypt hashes (the former for earlier accounts, the latter for newer accounts). In 2019, this sensitive data appeared listed for sale on a dark web marketplace and began circulating more broadly, so it was identified and provided to data security website Have I Been Pwned.
Quora, a popular site for Q&A suffered a data breach in 2018 exposed the personal data of up to 100 million users. The types of leaked data included personal information such as names, email addresses, encrypted passwords, user accounts linked to Quora and public questions and answers posted by users. There was no evidence discovered that anonymously posted questions and answers were affected by the breach.
MyHeritage, a genealogical service website was compromised, affecting more than 92 million user accounts. The breach occurred in October 2017, but wasn't disclosed until June 2018. A security researcher discovered a file on a private server containing email addresses and encrypted passwords. The security team at MyHeritage confirmed that the content of the file affected the 92 million users, but found no evidence that the data was ever used by the attackers. MyHeritage earned praise for promptly investigating and disclosing details of the breach to the public.
In late 2016, Uber learned that two hackers were able to access the names, email addresses, and mobile phone numbers of 57 million users of the Uber app. They also got the driver's license numbers of 600,000 Uber drivers. In addition, the hackers were able to access Uber's GitHub account, where they found Uber's Amazon Web Services credentials.
Hackers initially canvassed dark web databases of previously compromised login credentials dating back to 2013. Because passwords are usually recycled, this gave them instant access to a swathe of active Zoom accounts.
Buckle up, social media users, because hackers are having a field day on Instagram. About 13% of Americans have been hacked on Instagram, according to NordVPN. And while hijacking on all social media platforms rose tenfold in the last year, Instagram users have taken the brunt of it. In a new Identity Theft Resource Center (ITRC) survey, 85% of the social media hacks reported to the group involved Instagram accounts. So, how do Instagram accounts get hacked?
Hackers often target social media accounts with large followings. These influencers typically recommend products and get a percentage of the sales when someone purchases the product through their link. When an account gets taken over, that money funnels to the hacker instead of the influencer. In the ITRC report, 51% of victims reported losing sales revenue in this way.
The main point everybody seems to miss, commentators here included, is that a password manager is used not to protect you against someone who attacks you, but from the ones who attacks the services you use. Specifically if they stole the database of MD5 password of facebook, and they start attack that at their computers, the password manager will create a long (as in longer then 50 characters) that will be impossible to guess. And if the attacker managed to install a keylogger on your computer is game over for you already. Because if he manages to do that he can take movies of everything you do, he can sniff your network traffic, he can pretty much do whatever he wants. You are dead in the water at that point. So to me the technique of installing a keylogger seems like a stupid one. I would go with a rootkit instead making you a zombie for me.
